I became aware of Seniors Job Bank through Leadership Greater Hartford and their Leaders on Board program.

As someone who has worked in the career space and has been passionate about helping clients develop a “second act” (or a third or fourth!) it seemed like a great fit. I admire the longevity of the program, how it models the opportunities it represents, and the vision of its leaders.

It’s great to see SJB serving a wide variety of clientele, from those 50+ hoping to stay in the workforce to older seniors interested in the social benefits of volunteer or part-time work.

We are all looking for ways to deliver value and to feel valued for doing so and SJB sets a great model for other organizations to follow.
