Recruit Volunteers

The Seniors Job Bank is proud to represent a growing network of over 1,100 mature workers—individuals aged 50+ who bring experience, reliability, and a strong work ethic to everything they do. Many are also interested in giving back through volunteer service. We’re now opening this talented pool of jobseekers to nonprofits and community organizations seeking dedicated volunteers. In addition to their skills, our mature workers offer the ability to mentor others and contribute meaningfully to team efforts.
